• New entry-level model, SLC 180 (M274 DEH 16 LA) generating 115 kW (156 hp), 250 Nm and with fuel consumption of 5.6 litres (CO₂: 129 g/km)
• Introduction of NTG 5*1 – COMAND Online, including extended functions such as internet radio as well as Mercedes-Benz emergency call and Mercedes-Benz me connect Standard Services
• extended scope for individualisation with the AMG Night package
• Sportier looking front end with diamond radiator grille

• modified headlamp design - with the new LED Intelligent Light System, the brand-typical "eyebrow" features trifunctional fibre optics incl. daytime running lamps
• revised rear bumper with black diffuser look and integral tailpipes
• Rear triangular window can be closed or raised when the vario-roof is open
• Paint finish: brilliant blue replaces cavansite blue
• Instrument cluster with new dials in black and concentric rings – multifunction colour display as standard
• analogue clock with black dial
• new standard-fit multifunction sports steering wheel in nappa leather with perforated grip area 
• Multifunction sports steering wheel in nappa leather / DINAMICA microfibre with red contrasting topstitching 
• galvanised steering wheel gearshift paddles in conjunction with AMG Line/Sports package 
• galvanised controls for electric seat adjustment (in conj. with Memory package) 
• Light carbon-grain aluminium trim - new standard-fit trim 
• Dark carbon-grain aluminium trim 
• Seats - new upholstery: nappa leather / DINAMICA microfibre, sun-reflecting finish 
• Upholstery, for example:
  • Sun-reflecting leather upholstery - new: perforated in the shoulder area
  • Sun-reflecting nappa leather upholstery - new: distinct transverse piping layout in the selected appointments colour, piping and topstitching in contrasting colour

• Active Brake Assist
• LED Intelligent Light System with variable light distribution
• Adaptive Highbeam Assist for anti-dazzle, continuous main beam
• Traffic Sign Assist (in conj. with COMAND Online)
• Automatic front passenger airbag deactivation
• Reversing camera
• Mercedes-Benz emergency call with UMTS communications module

 

• Vario-roof operation (opening/closing) is possible when moving off, up to a speed of 40 km/h - the procedure must be initiated below 5 km/h.
• Convenient opening with 1-way operation at the push of a button - an innovative feature of the SLC is the semi-automatic boot separator for use of remaining luggage space: if the separator is in the upper position (for greater boot space with the roof closed), it automatically moves to the lower position electrically
• Important note when advising customers:
• • if the separator first has to be moved down, the opening of the top is delayed accordingly by a few seconds
• • in the case of obstacles/insufficient space in the boot the procedure is aborted. In this case the previous display, "Close boot separator", appears
• Introduction of NTG 5*1 - COMAND Online, including extended functions such as internet radio as well as Mercedes-Benz emergency call and Mercedes-Benz Connect me Standard Services (Accident Recovery, Breakdown Management, Maintenance Management and Telediagnostics)

• Sporty Engine Sound - transfers sporty engine sounds into the interior via the audio system. Standard for the SLC 300 (for SLC 200, included as part of the scope of equipment of the 9G-TRONIC), not available for the 250d
• SLC 180 in conj. with 9G-TRONIC: DYNAMIC SELECT and the Sporty Engine Sound can be ordered as part of the package
• Sports exhaust system, selectable - standard for SLC 300 and also optional for the SLC 200 in conj. with AMG Line / Sports package / Dynamic Handling package and 9G-TRONIC. Characteristics can be adjusted via driving modes (DYNAMIC SELECT)

Ik volg, maar ik vrees dat die (nieuwe) afzetmarkt te klein, te onzeker en financieel te licht is om de (huidige) afzetmarkt van vnl. dames in hun eerste, tweede of derde jeugd die iets chique willen dat niet te groot is, voor het hoofd te stoten?

Als je een A45 AMG maakt moet je ook iets zot doen met een SLK/SLC.

Iets zot doen zei u ... Ik heb dit persoonlijk al altijd een soort speelgoed wagentje gevonden qua afmetingen. Steek daar dan nog een bom van een motor in en dit wordt wel zeer moordend.
