Ewii: One of the largest investors in Othania Invest A/S has left the private investment company in the wake of the Ewii scandal, where the former CEO Knud Steen Larsen mixed up the energy company's interests with his own private investments.

It is the successful Flammen millionaire, Martin Rosenfeldt Sunddal, who together with his family founded the successful chain of family restaurants in Denmark.

Over a year ago, on 29 April 2016, the Flammen owner invested three million kroner via his own company Sunddal Invest ApS in the private investment company Othania Invest A/S, which the then Ewii director Knud Steen Larsen had privately founded with his two sons.

Martin Rosenfeldt Sunddal was at the time one of the first and the largest investors in the company, but just 14 days ago, on July 13, he chose to leave Othania Invest A/S and withdraw his invested millions from the company.

Avisen Danmark has been trying in vain for the past 24 hours to get a comment on the Flammen millionaire's exit from the company, but via Martin Rosenfeldt Sunddal's childhood friend and director of the Flammen chain, Elias Tychsen, it has also been unsuccessful.

Brief case
After a series of revelations of questionable conditions in the management of the Jutland-Fyn energy group Ewii, the powerful and dominant CEO Knud Steen Larsen resigned on June 13. The dismissal came in the wake of a month's revelations of Knud Steen Larsen's mixing of the group's and his own private investments, the criticism of his own, his wife's and two sons' participation in sponsored luxury trips as well as criticism of the management's salary, which since 2010 had almost doubled to DKK 9.7 million. After the dismissal, chairman of the board Steen Dahlstrøm, the Social Democratic mayor of Middelfart, denied that the reason for Larsen's resignation was supposed to be due to incapacity or the luxury trips undertaken. Instead, the chairman of the board emphasized that the reason for the dismissal should be kept secret "by mutual agreement". Since the dismissal, there have been a number of new revelations about Knud Steen Larsen's powerful management style. Among other things, the revelations of the suspicious tender rounds as well as the criticism from several former owners of companies that had been acquired by Ewii in recent years.

After great pressure and harsh announcements from members of the board of representatives in Ewii about a vote of no confidence in the entire sitting board, the chairman of the board, Middelfart's social democratic mayor Steen Dahlstrøm, announced on 12 July that he is resigning.

Real estate agent and candidate for the Left in the upcoming election to the city council in Kolding, Morten Hansen, has announced himself as a candidate for the position of chairman, which will, among other things, be on the agenda at an advanced meeting of the board of representatives on Tuesday 15 August, where all the cases and the extensive criticism in the energy group must be reviewed.

Other investors
With Martin Rosenfeldt Sunddal's farewell to Othania Invest, there are thus 13 investors left in the private investment company that came into the spotlight when the newspaper Danmark was able to reveal on 18 May that the then managing director of Ewii mixed up the group's interests with his own private investments.

Director Hans Christian Munck from the Funen construction group Munck Gruppen had invested nearly six million kroner, while Knud Steen Larsen had invested nearly four million kroner in the company, even though Munck Gruppen is one of the energy group's largest suppliers.

Undoubtedly incompetence, several experts labeled the investments of the Ewii director and the Munck director, which were the starting point for a series of further revelations of questionable conditions in the Ewii group headed by Knud Steen Larsen.

Other investors in Othania Invest A/S still count names such as Energi Danmark's current director, Jørgen Holm Westergaard, where Knud Steen Larsen resigned from the position as deputy chairman of Energi Danmark's board of directors in the wake of the disclosure, and director and owner of the consulting house Valcon, Thomas Arne Fischer, has also invested in Othania Invest A/S, after his company has previously carried out large consulting tasks for Ewii in particular.

Ik kan mijn Carrera S ook ombouwen naar een GT3 touring.  Aangezien de carrosserie hetzelfde is, gaat alles vlot passen. Uitlaat aanpassen, en andere velgen, en klaar is kees.

Hoe loopt dat dan? Er is een nieuw model en ze gaan deze niet meer leveren tevoren? Quid met de mensen die nu een GT3 in bestelling hebben voor volgend jaar?

En moet je dan ook niet stoppen met bestellingen op te nemen voor de gewone 911? Want die krijg je ook niet meer geleverd voor de modelwissel met de huidige wachttijden.

Wat heeft dat met supply chain te maken, weetal?

Als ze beslissen een auto uit de catalogus te halen wegens nieuw model, heeft dat met supply chain te maken?

Of als ze besluiten het een gelimiteerde versie te maken. Supply chain?

Ik stel een simpele vraag over hoe Porsche omgaat met het staken van de verkoop van dit model. 
Gebruik je alwetendheid misschien es om wat nuttigs hier neer te zetten.
